Neither of the two gate security guards know how to give directives. One told me to make a right and then another right. While the other - upon inspection of my trailer- gestured in whatever way , . . . I guessed telling me to back up some since in context I pulled up more to the stop sign. He was about 20 feet in front of my truck walking up gesturing with his fingers as if I'm supposed to 100 percent know what he means. Then he walked around a 360 demanding in rusty tone to get out in open my doors - " I told you to get out and open your doors." Security guard YOU DID NOT! You made a simple gesture and guessed I should know what you mean by that. What happend to walking up to my door and asking - not telling. He needs a lot more training and maybe another field of expertise. I've been in nursing which is more demanding (and my license is still active and in good standing) and get nothing but compliments - literally. All my patients spoke well of me. Not just a few. But here he is in a field that's not even demanding on that level. Do better. I'll post a video of our engagement later.

I have a drop & hook at this location. Pretty quick. There are no problems at all. Bring cdl to guard. Then, proceed to shipping. They will handle paperwork with trailer number and drop empty in any available parking spot.

All this lawn with grass and stuff but you can't make more parking for the trailers? I hate coming here more than any other place they make me go because the security guard always says ok drop on that lot that lot never has any room. how hard is it just to make another parking lot. all these type places have these huge green yards around them I'm sure the original developers intended for expansion but then Y'all won't expand. there are a lot of these type places with the exact same issue. the reason they bought twice as much land as they needed was so y'all could expand later. so expand already. please build some more trailer parking. is it an actual Michelin policy to have 5 acres of grass around the facility

Attention Truckers: The way to get to this location from I-26 is to take exit 17 and go eastbound on New Cut Rd. Than at the intersection with traffic light take a right onto Bibendum Rd followed by an immediate left onto the facility. You should see 2 speed bumps before reaching the security shack on your right. You will also see a gate in which security activates and a blue advertisement with the Michelin logo. When I was here I checked in with security for a drop-n-hook pick-up. They looked inside my trailer and gave me a paper map to the place in which I had to circle the property to get to shipping. This is a one way place so there is no turning around, it's designed to loop you around until your ready to leave the way you came in. Go slow driving on this property there are a few yard jockeys moving around and the yard in certain areas are tight. After checking in with shipping I did my drop-n-hook in the designated area + got my BOL's. Make sure to slide tandems back on your empty before dropping it. Afterwards I checked out at security in which my seal was verified. Overall I had no issues while I was here. Just make sure to trip plan and use the northwest entrance off of

Easy breezy. Arrived at 8:40 for 9:30 appointment. Checked in with guard. Went to shipping/receiving office. Immediately assigned a door, immediately started loading. Out at exactly 10:30.
